At breakfast fog started to blow in. Things looked pretty socked in but an hour later the sun burned it off & the day was beautiful.
A nice ride & lunch on the patio—the 4 of us. Then it was back up to the Oak pruning. During our ride Barney & Dennis were waiting by a fallen oak that is back in a lot of brush. We’re going to drag it out in sections then cut it up for firewood.
End of day as usual—dinner then early to bed. Nancy got a call from George Will in Atlanta telling us not to watch the Dem. convention—it was terrible.
