Great American Leadership Program - High School

The Great American Leadership Program for High School Students is an hands-on experience designed for students who want to develop strong leadership skills, deepen their understanding of American values, and follow in the footsteps of President Ronald Reagan. Held in beautiful Malibu, California, this immersive program challenges students to think critically, lead with confidence, and prepare to make an impact in their communities and beyond.

Great American Leadership Program - Middle School Camp

This three-day program lays the foundation principled leadership. Students will explore what it means to lead with integrity, courage, and an unwavering commitment to civic engagement.

Core Principles Explored:

Character of a Leader: Lessons from President Reagan’s integrity and optimism

Patriotism and Civic Duty: Understanding America’s exceptional role in the world

Reasoned Decision Making: Thoughtful use of logic and sound reasoning in making choices

  • July 9-11 from 9am-3pm daily

Audience: Rising 6th – 8th grade students

Great American Educator Summit

The Great American Educator Summit is an exclusive, invitation-only, all-expense-paid program designed for influential education leaders who have the passion and capacity to champion our mission, core values, and innovative programs nationwide. Inspired by President Ronald Reagan’s vision and principles, the Educator Summit fosters leadership anchored in freedom, integrity, personal responsibility, and America’s founding ideals.

Program Components

Summit cohort members will engage in immersive, transformative experiences, including:

Leadership Seminars: In-depth seminars focused on Ronald Reagan's approach to leadership, moral courage, personal responsibility, and governance.

Interactive Simulations/Workshops: Hands-on sessions designed to develop strategic communication, crisis management, decision-making skills, and persuasive leadership capacities essential for educational influence.

Case Studies and Discussions: Guided discussions analyzing how Reagan’s leadership principles are applicable to contemporary educational and societal challenges.

Networking Opportunities: Structured opportunities designed for participants to build meaningful relationships, share strategies, and collaborate on promoting Reagan-inspired educational leadership nationwide.

Summit Schedule and Cohorts

The Summit will host multiple cohorts throughout the year, beginning with the initial session in Summer 2025. Subsequent cohorts will follow on a quarterly basis, taking place in:

  • Summer 2025: July 18-21

  • Fall 2025

  • Spring 2026

  • Summer 2026

Each cohort will consistently engage 30–40 prominent education leaders, thus amplifying the national impact and ongoing legacy of Reagan-inspired leadership development.
