President Reagan places a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.

Left at 9:30 A.M. for Arlington Cemetery. As usual a reverent & moving time—from the wreathlaying at the Tomb of the unknown soldiers to the ceremony in the ampitheatre. Nancy & I were very well received. Then back to the W.H. for a quiet day. I’m waiting to hear if there is to be some movement on our hostages in Lebanon. So far no word.
