Olivia Sheir

Olivia Sheir serves as Programs and Operations Manager at the Ronald Reagan Institute, where she supports the planning and execution of high-profile convenings including the annual Reagan National Defense Forum and the Reagan Institute Summit on Education. She also oversees the operations and logistics of the Institute’s undergraduate student program, the Academy for Civic Education and Democracy. Olivia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Mississippi, with minors in Intelligence & Security Studies and Legal Studies.
