Program Coordinator and Data Analyst

Marcus Rand serves as Program Coordinator and Data Analyst at the Ronald Reagan Institute, where he supports the Institute’s national security and defense programming. In this role, he helps to coordinate major convenings such as the Reagan National Defense Forum, National Security Innovation Base Summit, and Reagan National Economic Forum. His work includes supporting congressional and executive branch engagement and translating quantitative research into accessible policy products.
Prior to joining the Reagan Institute, Marcus worked as a Project Engineer for an environmental services firm. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from James Madison University, and is a native of Richmond, Virginia.
