Policy Assistant

Henry Rodrigues is a Policy Assistant with the Center for Civics, Education, and Opportunity at the Ronald Reagan Institute. He assists the department with events including the Reagan Institute Summit on Education and the Reagan National Economic Forum, as well as educational programs such as the American Opportunity Fellowship and Civic Leaders Fellowship.
Henry graduated from Kenyon College in 2026 with a Bachelor of Arts in economics and Arabic. During his time in Gambier, he competed on Kenyon’s Division III cross country and track and field teams, and spent his junior spring studying abroad in Rabat, Morocco. The summer before his senior year, he interned with the American Legislative Exchange Council and completed Stand Together’s Koch Internship Program. A native of Frederick, Maryland, Henry is an Eagle Scout and avid baseball fan.
