To honor the men and women who serve in the United States Armed Forces, the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library will be hosting its annual Veterans Day Event on Friday, November 10. The day’s activities include live musical entertainment, a civil war encampment, a military vehicle display and a program honoring all branches of our military.

The program, which begins at 11:00 a.m., includes an honor guard, live music, and remarks by keynote speaker LtCol Scott Mann (retired). LtCol Mann is a former U.S. Army Green Beret with tours all over the world, including Columbia, Iraq, and multiple tours in Afghanistan. Following the Veterans Day program, LtCol Mann will be signing copies of his bestselling book, Operation Pineapple Express.

Outdoor events and the program are free to attend; however, reservations are recommended to attend the program and to pre-purchase Operation Pineapple Express.

Museum admission rates apply to visit the Reagan Museum and Air Force One Pavilion, Auschwitz. Not long ago. Not far away. Veterans with valid ID will receive free admission to the Museum and Air Force One Pavilion (but not on Auschwitz. Not long ago. Not far away.) on Friday, November 10 and Saturday, November 11. Active military members with valid ID are always free.

Program:

10:30 a.m.
Flyover by the Tiger Squadron.

10:30 a.m.
Musical performances by Royal High School Wind Ensemble directed by Lisa Pate, and Santa Susana High School Choir and Abbe Road A Cappella directed by Bevin Abbe.

10:15 a.m.
Musical performance by harpist, Thomas R. Baker, veteran of the United States Coast Guard, Navy, and Air Force.

11:00 a.m.
Program honoring all branches of our military, with keynote remarks by Lt. Col. Scott Mann, who is a retired U.S. Army Green Beret with tours all over the world, including Columbia, Iraq, and multiple tours in Afghanistan.
