The Medal of Honor is the highest military honor awarded in the United States of America. It is bestowed upon those who distinguish themselves “conspicuously by gallantry and intrepidity at the risk of his life above and beyond the call of duty while engaged in an action against an enemy of the United States.” There are currently 76 living recipients of the Medal of Honor. On Wednesday, February 8th, join the Education Team at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation & Institute for their annual Medal of Honor Forum. Several recipients will share their stories of courage and sacrifice with local students. Panelists will explore themes such as Patriotism, Citizenship, and Integrity in this hour long discussion. There are a limited number of seats available to the public for this event. Following the lecture, the Recipients will be signing copies of Medal of Honor: Portraits of Valor Beyond the Call of Duty.
