On Tuesday, July 14, 2009, former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice spoke at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library. During an exclusive interview, she commented that our dependence on foreign oil is a national security threat. Following the interview she spoke to a sold-out crowd of 1,000 where she discussed the importance of democracy and the ability to think outside of one’s own political party ideals.
