99th Birthday Celebration for President Reagan, Featuring the Honorable Elizabeth Dole
Saturday, February 6, 2010 marked the 60th anniversary of President Reagan's 39th birthday. A full military band, a 21-gun salute and an official wreath laying on behalf of the President of the United States made it a fitting tribute for our nation’s 40th president. During keynote remarks, Senator Elizabeth Dole stated, “The Reagan Revolution is really the enduring revolution of liberty and freedom in human affairs. Ronald Reagan described this revolution. He advanced this revolution. He embodied this revolution. And it continues – wherever free people dare to oppose oppression and build a better life.”
