Overview
To honor the men and women who serve in the United States Armed Forces, the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library will be hosting its annual Veterans Day Event. The day’s activities include live musical entertainment, a civil war encampment, a military vehicle display and a program honoring all branches of our military.
The program, which begins at 11:00 a.m., includes an honor guard, live music, and a program featuring keynote speaker Retired Army Sergeant Eric Donoho. Following the program, Sergeant Donoho will sign copies of his book, Canyon of Hope: From Darkness to Dawn – Embracing the Light Within, which is a physical manifestation of the power of faith and perseverance, a belief in the goodness of the human spirit, and a commitment to physical and mental well-being.
Outdoor events and the program are free to attend; reservations are recommended to attend the program and to pre-purchase Canyon of Hope. Museum admission rates apply to visit the Reagan Museum, Air Force One Pavilion, and our new special exhibition, Cowboys: History and Hollywood. Veterans with valid ID will receive free admission to the Museum and Air Force One Pavilion on November 11. Active military members with valid ID are always free.
