The Ronald Reagan Institute’s Center for Peace Through Strength hosted its second annual National Security Innovation Base Summit on March 20, 2024, in Washington, DC. The Hon. Kathleen Hicks, 35th Deputy Secretary of Defense, joined us as a keynote speaker.
This event convened prominent thought leaders, current and former public officials, investors, and representatives of the most innovative industry and technology companies to discuss the important issues facing our NSIB ecosystem. At the summit, the National Security Innovation Base (NSIB) program unveiled the second iteration of its groundbreaking NSIB Report Card to measure the health, effectiveness, and resilience of this ecosystem and provide recommendations for improvement.
