Q: How can I request a physical membership card?
You can print your digital membership card if you are accessing it with a computer or request a physical card the next time you visit us. Additionally, you can email us at ambassadors@reaganfoundation.org or call us at 805-577-2716 to speak with a Membership Ambassador.
Q: How many times can I visit the Library and Museum with my membership?
You can visit the Library and Museum as many times as you like during the year your membership is active except days we are closed which include Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Day. All levels of membership receive free admission to the Reagan Library and Museum and entry to special traveling exhibits is either free or available to members at a special discounted rate. President Circle level members are eligible to have exhibit fees waived.
Q: What other Presidential Libraries can I visit with this membership?
All 13 of the National Archive and Records Administration (NARA) Presidential Libraries qualify for free admission based on membership level. You can find a list of NARA Presidential Libraries here. *Please note additional fees may apply at any library that is hosting a temporary/traveling exhibit.
Q: What part of my membership is tax deductible?
Using IRS rules and regulations, Friend and Family levels are not tax deductible. All other levels do have a portion that is tax deductible in compliance with tax laws and this amount will be stated at the bottom of your acknowledgement letter.
Q: Can I purchase a membership for someone else?
Yes, you may gift any level of membership to the recipient of your choice. You can give the gift of membership by going here.
Q: I don’t want to pay for my membership online, can I send you a check?
We offer many options to purchase a membership. If you would like to pay by check, you may mail it to this address 40 Presidential Drive,Simi Valley, CA 93065. We also accept credit card payments over the phone (805-577-2716) and online.
