Nancy had to helicopter to Liberty Island & do the formal opening of the rebuilt Miss Liberty. I was given a tour of some of the art treasures, family memorabilia & the beautiful Japanese garden at Pocantico. Then I helicoptered to the airport—a brief meeting with our cand. for Gov. O’Rourke & Nancy arrived. Back to the C-20 & we all returned to the W.H. The Davises have returned to Phil. & it’s now a quiet night for us.
