Some morning time by & in the pool—then the clouds rolled in. Back to the W.H. for a reception—the Fords Theatre foundation. And then after dinner over to Ford’s Theatre for the annual show. This one was the best ever—a young ventriloquist was the best thing I’ve ever seen and magician David Copperfield was better than ever. The evening raised over a million $ for the foundation. Nancy was honorary chairman.
