P.M. Malcolm Fraser of Australia came. We had a good discussion of upcoming meetings in Europe. He feels Australia should be included in these meetings— I agree. Have been making phone calls last 2 days to Congressmen re the budget. I think movement has started. Nancy left this morning for N.Y.—opening of “Annie.” Will be back tomorrow— so I’m watching 2nd installment of Marco Polo.
