Watched Walt Wriston on Face the Nat. He was great & confirmed that we shouldn’t increase taxes. Howard Baker was darn good on Meet the Press. The 49’rs won the Super Bowl. I called Coach Walsh in the locker room and asked him to tell Joe Montana (N.D.) he’d really won one for the Gipper. And so to bed.
