Rachel Lynch

Rachel Lynch is a Policy Associate for the Center for Freedom and Democracy and the Center for Peace Through Strength at the Ronald Reagan Institute. She assists the Director of Policy with key events including the annual Reagan National Defense Forum and the National Security Innovation Base Summit. Rachel earned a Master of Arts in International Security from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and a Bachelor of Arts in History, Political Science, and Classical Humanities from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
