Noah Kuttymartin is a Staff Assistant at the Institute, previously working as intern. He is a second-semester senior currently wrapping up his B.A. degree in International Affairs at The George Washington University. In the Fall, he will be Attending St. Andrews University in Scotland, undergoing an MLitt in Terrorism and Political Violence Studies. Noah is from the suburbs of Philadelphia and is an avid Philly sports fan.
