Annual Reagan Lecture with Mitt Romney

Governor Mitt Romney addressed the Annual Reagan Lecture at the Reagan Library on May 25, 2010. During his speech, Governor Romney discussed welfare, taxes, Foreign Policy and America as the land of opportunity.
