Overview

Join us on October 21, 2025, as we celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Air Force One Pavilion, a milestone moment first marked when Mrs. Reagan, alongside President and Mrs. Bush, cut the ribbon and welcomed the world inside. Since then, more than 6.5 million visitors have walked the same steps presidents once did—exploring Air Force One 27000, Marine One, and the Pavilion’s remarkable exhibits.

To honor this anniversary, we’re bringing the experience to you through a special virtual broadcast. You’ll hear firsthand accounts of life aboard Air Force One, from the very people who flew the plane and coordinated every detail of presidential travel. Hear personal stories, untold anecdotes, and behind-the-scenes insights into what it was really like to serve alongside President Reagan at 30,000 feet.

This is your chance to go behind the scenes and hear about:

  • The pressure and precision of piloting the President of the United States.

  • The lighter, human moments that took place behind closed doors in the skies.

  • Unforgettable encounters and challenges that only those on the inside experienced.

Featuring an exclusive panel of those who were there:

  • LtCol Steve Chealander (Ret.), Military Aide

  • LtCol Danny Barr (Ret.), Presidential Pilot

  • James Hooley, Lead Advance Agent

  • LtCol Jim Robinson (Ret.), Presidential Pilot

Don’t miss this rare opportunity to go behind the scenes of one of America’s most iconic aircraft!
