Mark Fitzpatrick
Chief Technology Officer

Mark Fitzpatrick is a seasoned executive with deep expertise in Technology, Finance, and Operations Management. He has held multiple leadership roles at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation and Institute since 2008. From 2010 to 2015, he served as Director of Technology and Special Projects, followed by a six-year tenure as Chief of Technology Operations. In these roles, he led modernization efforts across technology, information systems, and operational infrastructure.
He played a pivotal role in designing and implementing the technology backbone for the Reagan Institute in Washington, D.C., which opened in 2022.
In 2021, Fitzpatrick accepted an appointment with the U.S. Department of Defense, Department of the Air Force, supporting U.S. Strategic Command in a technology and information capacity.
In 2022, as the Foundation launched an aggressive digital strategy to expand e-commerce, digital fundraising, and membership, he became the Chief Data and Digital Commerce Officer, responsible for those initiatives as well as IT operations, data management, and cybersecurity. In 2025, he was named Chief Technology Officer.
Before joining the Foundation, Fitzpatrick held senior executive roles in the private sector. He was Executive Vice President and Partner at a Los Angeles-based technology firm, Executive Director at TMSF Holdings, the public holding company for a national mortgage lender, and Vice President of Consumer Lending at IndyMac Bank, originally established as Countrywide Mortgage Investment.
He is a graduate of American Military University, with specialized technology training from Defense Acquisition University. He has served on the boards of New West Symphony, the Boy Scouts of America, and has enjoyed membership with the American Alliance of Museums, the National Defense Industrial Association, and the AI Accelerator Institute.
