At Ridgeway Partners, Michael Castine delivers trusted advice to senior executives and board directors to clients in a variety of industries. He leverages over 25 years of experience counseling traditional and alternative investment firms, hedge funds, family offices, banks, and insurance companies on their strategic and talent needs.
Prior to executive recruiting, Michael served on the staff of the National Security Council and in the Office of Private Sector Initiatives in the White House, under President Ronald Reagan. Michael also worked for the US House of Representatives as an aide to Congressman Jack Kemp.
Michael serves on the advisory boards of several nonprofit organizations, including The Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation and Library and The Miller Center at the University of Virginia. He was an independent director of Prospect Acquisition Corp (AMEX: PAX). Michael has been quoted and published in numerous industry publications as well as The Wall Street Journal, Pensions & Investments, Institutional Investor, and Bloomberg.
Michael earned a graduate degree from Harvard University and a bachelor’s degree from Fredonia College.
