RISE 2019 will take place in Washington, DC on April 10-11 and its focus will be grounded in the premise that education is a national priority and a state’s responsibility.
This will lay the critical foundation for RISE 2020 where we will further illuminate the role of the states and gubernatorial leadership. The current educational shift from federal to state and local control as well as lessons from history will guide the Ronald Reagan Institute’s design of the next two Summits.
