The virtual event will feature remarks from Senator Jack Reed, Chairman of the Senate Armed Services Committee. Chairman Reed’s comments will focus on defense policy and strategic competition in the new administration, transforming the force to ensure military readiness, and the FY22 National Defense Authorization Act. Following his keynote remarks, Chairman Reed will participate in a moderated discussion with Reagan Institute Director Roger Zakheim.
This programming is hosted by the Center for Peace Through Strength (CPTS) which promotes U.S. national security policy grounded in President Reagan's philosophy that a strong American military is the best deterrent against aggression and safeguard for peace.
