Bring this year’s historic 2016 election into your classroom by joining our Education Team for a 3-day teacher training on The Road to the White House: Election 2016.
Teachers will learn how to:
- Engage students in the 2016 Election through civic-minded activities and discussion
- Build confidence implementing the Gold Standard of Project-Based Learning (PBLs) into the classroom
- Analyze primary source documents from the National Archives and Presidential Libraries
We will be running two sessions:
Session 1: Grades K-5
Session 2: Grades 6-12
Cost: $50 registration fee includes instruction, curriculum materials, and breakfast and lunch each day.
Registration Deadline: June 30, 2016
