Join us for our Secrets of WWII Exhibit Lunch and Tour with special guest speaker, historian Neal Graffy. “Delightfully unfettered by convention” pretty much sums up Neal Graffy’s approach to history. Whether it be in print, radio, television, documentary or live, his audiences always find his presentations to be entertaining and fun, yet educational.

Graffy has had numerous appearances on local, state and national radio and TV including Huell Howser's California Gold, KCET TV's Life and Times, PBSs City Walk, and nationally on This Old House and C-SPAN’s Cities Tours. He has been featured in several documentaries including the Emmy Award winning Impressions in Time. Most recently he appeared on Japanese TV giving a tour of historic Santa Barbara and much to his surprise - in perfect Japanese!

He has authored numerous monographs for historical organizations, as well as articles in regional and national publications. In addition, Neal has served on the boards of the Santa Barbara County Genealogical Society, Santa Barbara Historical Museum, Mission Canyon Association, member and chairman of the Santa Barbara County Landmarks Commission, Registrar of Marks and Brands and Sheriff of the Santa Barbara Corral of Westerner's and is a founding member of de la Guerra y Pacheco Chapter 1.5of the Ancient and Honorable Order of E Clampus Vitus.

For fun, he collects Santa Barbara memorabilia, postcards and photographs, plays and collects guitars and enjoys cruising around town in an unrestored 1941 Packard 180 limousine while continuing the never-ending search for the perfect bacon burger.

Following the served lunch at 1:30 p.m., all guests will receive a docent-led tour of the entire Ronald Reagan Presidential Museum and Air Force One Pavilion, and a self-guided tour of our Secrets of WWII exhibit. This all-inclusive offer is only $66.00 per person (tax and gratuity included). Reservations are required and must be made by Monday, August 8 at 8:00 a.m. Make your reservations early before we sell out. Casual attire is suggested. For more information, please call 805-577-4057.
