$2,500 Scholarship Recipient
A graduate of Thousand Oaks High School, Matt is the founder of T.O. Student Tutoring which provides tutors to local disadvantaged elementary schools. Matt also participated in a beach clean up as a member of the California Scholarship Federation. Matt plans to attend the University of Pennsylvania.
