Devan T.

A graduate of El Camino High School, Devan was the president of the National Arts Honors Society, helped teach young people about finances as an instructor at The Money Camp, and created a drama class for teens with developmental disabilities. In her essay, Devan wrote, “Ronald Reagan, through his immense ambition and determination, was able to show the world that everyone can have equal opportunities as long as they work hard and help the world.”
