Karlie aims to “leave a positive impact on the world and inspire others to do great things,” and recognizes that sometimes leaders come from unexpected places. President of the student council, president of Future Business Leaders of America, head cheerleader, and vice president of National Honor Society are just some of the ways Karlie spent her time at school. Marching band captain, drum majorette, and vocal captain for choir, Karlie excels in music and plans to study music education in college. She served in leadership roles for a number of charitable efforts, including blood drives, Meals on Wheels, Vacation Bible School, food drives, and more. Beyond her community service and school extracurriculars, Karlie values the closeness of her family, her faith, and work ethic. Karlie comes to us from Cambridge, Nebraska, and will attend the University of Nebraska, Lincoln in the fall.
