Kyle Hosley

Personal tragedy at an early age molded Kyle into a highly motivated person who was determined to succeed and flourish. Not only did he choose to take greater responsibility at home, but he also eventually improved his community by founding the Child Negligence Awareness Program through his church to address child neglect and to help children find solutions to issues they face. “By creating this program, I have seen a strong change in my community. This shows that an ounce of care can go a long way, and a simple ‘I Love You’ can help a child make it through situations they never thought they were capable of persevering.” Kyle founded the Student Awareness Club, a place students could discuss issues and receive tutoring, as well as his school’s Debate Team, Book Club, and Pre-Law Club. Kyle has demonstrated his leadership skills in sports, clubs, and numerous service functions.
