Zach was the coordinator of his school’s National Honor Society tutoring program, to which he has devoted many hours. He’s volunteered with disadvantaged children, aiding them in learning skills. Through the 4-H Club, he helps others learn to make good choices in their lives. He volunteered at his local cancer hospital, as well as at a local nursing home. Zach also raises puppies as part of the Canine Companions for Independence programs, and takes the dogs to nursing homes to provide animal companionship to the residents. He has accomplished all this while working up to 37 hours per week. Zach, who is from Powell, OH, plans to attend The Ohio State University.
