David Tang-Quan

As a student board member in the Palos Verdes Peninsula Unified School District Board of Education, David interviewed school administrators, teachers, and surveyed the student population, resulting in fresh insights for an impressed Board. He also was the Student Board Member Program Director for the California Association of Student Councils, a leadership non-profit organization, where he organized and managed conferences for other student board members across California. Ranked #1 in his class and with a perfect SAT score, David, who is from Rancho Palos Verdes, CA, plans to attend Harvard University.
