STEP 1: Receive an Invitation Code
The invitation codes we are sending are uniquely linked to an administrator's email address. You may not have received an invitation code for a couple of reasons. It may have been sent to someone no longer employed at your school or someone who still works there but isn't the correct point of contact. If this is the case, please email us at email@example.com, and we'll reset the invitation code for your school. Another reason you may not have received an invitation code is because your school is not in the system. If this is the case, please enter your school's contact information using this form.
STEP 2: Create a Login
Once we have the above information, we'll send you an email with an invitation code to create a login. Enter your code, along with your email address, here. Be sure to select "I'm not a robot" before submitting. The invitation code may only be used once.
STEP 3: Receive a Password
After you redeem your invitation code, you'll receive an email from “firstname.lastname@example.org” with an automatically generated password. Please save it. At this time, the system does not allow you to change your password. However, if you do forget it, you can always click the "Forgot my Password" tab on the top right of portal login page.
Step 4: Log in to the Application Portal
Once you receive an email with your password, you may begin filling out an application by logging into the portal: https://forms.reaganfoundation.org/edu/login.aspx. Please note that there is no save function with the system. It’s best to type and save your responses locally to your computer and then copy and paste to the application when you’re about ready to submit. Also, the upload image function is disabled, so you will not be able to include a picture of your nominee. The portal is optimized for Firefox and Chrome. You may experience issues with other browsers.
