The Reagan Leadership Center is full for the 2022-23 school year. 

The Reagan Leadership Center, formerly known as the Air Force One Discovery Center, on-site experience is full for the 2022-23 school year. To be placed on our waitlist, please fill out this form. We will contact you should a spot that meets your school’s parameters become available.

Reservations for the 2023-24 school year will open up in spring, however priority will first be given to schools currently on our waitlist. Filling out this form will also give you advanced notification to the reservation email for the 2023-2024 school year.

The Reagan Leadership Center is an immersive, game-based simulation that builds leadership and communication skills for participants of all ages.  Your on-site visit includes a mission briefing for Operation Urgent Fury, simulation of Grenada, a tour of the museum and Air Force One and seating during lunchtime under the wings of Air Force One (students bring their own lunch in a disposable container).

Minimum time needed:  1 hr 30 minutes 

Maximum time allowed: 4 hours

*Limit of 45 students per class

*Max of 135 students (or 3 full rotations) a day

*A $20 non-refundable deposit per group is required at booking to reserve your field trip date.

*Final payment is due no later than 2 weeks prior to your scheduled field trip date.

Virtual Registration

The Virtual Reagan Leadership Center is an immersive, game-based simulation that builds leadership and communication skills for participants of all ages. Participants assume the roles of leaders at the highest levels of government  during a national crisis. Their leadership, communication, and decision-making skills are put to the test. Your virtual visit will include a mission briefing for Operation Urgent Fury, simulation of Grenada, and a tour of Air Force One. 

Time Needed:  1 hour 30 minutes

*Limit of 45 students per class

*Max of 90 students (or 2 full rotations) a day

FIELD TRIP SCHOLARSHIPS

Are you a Title 1 school? Does your class need financial support or a bus to get to the Reagan Library? Apply for a scholarship! Scholarships are limited and we give them out on a first come first serve basis.
