Leadership Series: What is it?

The greatest leader is not necessarily the one who does the greatest things. He is the one who gets the people to do the greatest things.
-Ronald Reagan

Leadership is more than just being in charge– it’s inspiring, collaborating, and working with others towards a bigger cause. Leadership is not reserved exclusively for CEO or Presidential roles; it can also take place on campus or within a community, creating a positive impact on others.

Upon completion of this course, students will receive an exclusive Presidential Leadership Certification in Leadership.

Completion will also result in enhanced leadership abilities, improved confidence, and the skills to make an impact in leadership roles, studies, careers, and student lives.

The courses are skill-focused and aim to create thoughtful, principled, and civic-minded leaders. They aim to mobilize students with the confidence and abilities to take on such roles. Courses also help students identify and refine their own leadership style, in a way that is productive, reflective, and growth-oriented.
