Air Force One White House Luncheons

The Ronald Reagan Presidential Library Luncheon program includes two options for large groups to have an upscale lunch under the wings of Air Force One and an exceptional tour experience. We offer our traditional Air Force One White House Luncheon and our Air Force One Barbeque Buffet. These programs include a docent-led tour of the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library and amazing Air Force One Pavilion (admission to Museum is a $21 per person value), followed by a unique and delightful lunch. Thru the end of April 2013, you will also have a chance to tour our TREASURES OF THE WALT DISNEY ARCHIVES exhibit presented by D23: The Official Disney Fan Club, featuring a treasure trove of more than 500 crown jewels from Disney's storied history, including original artifacts, props, costumes, models and artwork!

The Air Force One White House Luncheons are $59.95 per person, for groups of 40 people or more. This lunch comes complete with linen and china service, fresh flowers on the tables, and professional wait staff to attend to your group. The Air Force One Barbeque Buffet is $49.95 per person, for groups of 30 people or more. This buffet includes catering staff to oversee and restock your lunch, complete with linen and china service, and a truly exceptional buffet experience. Beginning May 1, 2013, our pricing for the Air Force One White House Luncheons will be priced at $54.95 per person, and the Air Force One Barbeque Buffet will be priced at $44.95. These new prices will now include tours of all exhibits open on the property.

You will be able to view our upcoming spectacular Lincoln Exhibit June 1 thru September 30, 2013. Also, we will be hosting an amazing Spy exhibit from October 24 thru March 9, 2014.

To celebrate the end of a California campaign trip, First Lady Nancy Reagan rolled an orange down the aisle in Air Force One. To honor this tradition, we offer an upgrade of $3.95 per person to add the "Air Force One Orange Centerpiece" with an individual keepsake card detailing the story of the "Orange Rolling" tradition on the Air Force One. The orange centerpiece is a tribute that keeps Mrs. Reagan's tradition "rolling".

Both lunches are offered daily. Additional fees will apply for lunches that occur on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. For questions, or to reserve your space today, please call the Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation at 805-577-4057. Space and dates are limited for these lunches, so please call early. Final guest count is due seven days prior to event. Rates and prices are subject to change.
