Carroll Shelby Mustang Cruise-In
Sunday, January 25, 2015

10:30 a.m.

Join us at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library and Museum for a cruise-in in honor of automotive legend Carroll Shelby. Shelby was an entrepreneur with a passion for racing who took a powerful Ford V8 and fitted it into a British sports car called the AC Ace. This British-American hybrid became known as the Shelby Cobra. Carroll went on to engineer and build other automobiles for Ford, later Chrysler, then Ford again to produce many incredible high-performance machines.

Come up to the Reagan Library in your real or replica Shelby-related automobile on Sunday, January 25 at 10:30 a.m. or just come to our hilltop to walk around all the amazing cars brought in by others for this cruise-in. Following the cruise-in, make sure to visit the all new Amazing Automobiles: The Ultimate Car Exhibit in the Reagan Library. Regular museum admission applies to visit the car exhibit, as well as the Reagan Museum and Air Force One Pavilion.

California Remembering Our Fallen
Saturday, January 31, 2015

The unveiling ceremony begins at 10:00 a.m.

Today is the day we put aside to remember fallen heroes and to pray that no heroes will ever have to die for us again. It’s a day of thanks for the valor of others, a day to remember the splendor of America and those of her children who rest in this cemetery and others. It’s a day to be with the family and remember.”
– Ronald Reagan, May 1986

In tribute to the men and women who have lost their lives as a result of wounds suffered in a war zone while serving in the United States Armed
Forces since September 11, 2001, Patriotic Productions has created the “Remembering Our Fallen” exhibit which has travelled across thirteen of our
nation’s states. Now, for the first time, a tribute to California’s 725 fallen will travel. The exhibit will be unveiled at the Ronald Reagan Presidential
Library and Museum, where it will be on display in the Library’s Air Force One Pavilion, before it travels across the state.

“Remembering Our Fallen” was created to honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice in the Iraq and Afghanistan wars. Its legacy will be that these men and women will never be forgotten and that their names will be remembered and spoken.

Regular museum admission applies to attend the event.
