The Great Communicator Debate Series National Championship
The Ronald Reagan Great Communicator Debate Series is designed to develop proactive, informed, educated, and conscientious citizens and leaders by creating and hosting a national series of high school debates across the country. The series is aimed at engaging and informing young people whose first opportunity to participate as voters will take place in the upcoming elections and beyond. The National Championship will culminate under the wings of Air Force One as two of the top 16 high school debaters from across the country compete to be named “The Great Communicator National Champion.” The evening will feature a discussion on leadership, communication and civic education with The Honorable Jon Huntsman.

  • Showcase featuring recipients of the California Civic Learning Award
  • Lunch provided
  • A $75 stipend to the first 200 teachers who register and attend the conference.

The Keynote Speaker will be The Honorable Tani G Cantil-Sakauye, Chief Justice of California.
